The Zambia Postal Services Corporation (Zampost) is a statutory body that exists under Act Number 22 of 2009. Zampost is the Designated Operator for postal services in Zambia and is an affiliate of wider bodies such as; •Southern African Postal Operators •Pan African Postal Union •Universal Postal Union Zampost is mandated to provide postal and financial services, but also uses its wide distribution network to partner with various business houses that wish to reach many customers through its network of 147 Post Offices.

Some of the services offered in the Post Office include but are not limited to; •Pick up and drop off of parcels •Registered Mail Services •Bulk Mail Services •Philatelic Bureau •EMS Courier Mail Services •Western Union •MoneyGram •Agency banking for various banks in Zambia •Postbus •Post boat •Property Space for rent
